Assisted grey bin missed, still sat there over full after a week. Next they will be saying it’s too heavy. Can’t sort anything out, as on my kirklees it’s just certain things you can fill in.
Phone call takes ages in first place, not good.

I haven’t heard in my life waste bin to be collected every 2 weeks. This is a joke, what about big families they need more than twice a month, and ok let’s say fine but even they coming in the neighborhood and leave without collecting like yesterday, the most disgusting people without any respect and professionalism working there even they don’t pick the phone they know that’s why,is unacceptable we have kids who they have to breathe and smell the rubbish in the front of the house in the middle of summer.Shame to the council shame to all of you working there because it is not the first time this happened this is big issue and in first place is infection and prevention you have to think.Or you don’t care?just I’m disappointed and disgusted.

Bins in Crosland moor haven't been emptied for 2 weeks. And are frequently missed. This has led to an increase in rats which are seen daily running in and out of the bins. WHY ARE WE PAYING COUNCIL TAX ?

the incompetence of the admin behind waste management is scary. I realise budgets are tight but surely doing something wrong/badly and having to revisit 10 times costs more not less than doing it right? So many missed collections and so many nonsense responses. I does really seems like a policy of "if we mess it up enough people will stop calling".

Just dump all the bins at the bottom of the drive so no one can get out. THANKS lads 🤨 Is it too difficult to put them back where you got them from?
