I've bought my Mini here on many occasions— it used to be a great experience, but sadly the service has really gone downhill. Based on my recent visits, I wouldn't recommend using this garage anymore. These days, you’re often fobbed off with under qualified apprentice mechanics who clearly don’t have enough experience to complete certain tasks correctly.

I was recommended this garage by a friend.
I had a car that I was frightened to drive due to faulty workmanship done by the previous garage to repair my engine and £6500 out of pocket.
I took my car to Jamie who thoroughly checked every part possible. He prepared a quote for me to take home and decide how to proceed. I chose to book my car for repair with Jamie.
Jamie completed the job he quoted me for, however, there were 2 other issues that needed fixing. I asked Jamie to proceed with the 2 issues.
I found Jamie to be very professional, kind, caring and an honest gentleman who communicated regularly to update me on the car.
He is a great asset to the Kizzle company.
I cannot thank Jamie enough for the time he has spent getting my car fit for the road after 3 years of not being driven.
Kizzle autos you have the best mechanic treasure him. Thank you Sonia and Sheila for all your help too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

Years of Loyalty Repaid with £5,000 in Damage — and Suddenly, Our Email Was “Lost in Junk”
Generations of our family had used Kizzle Autos for years and always supported them as a local garage. That trust was completely broken after our recent experience.

We took our Mercedes A180d in for a diagnosis after a breakdown. Without our consent, they carried out repairs and claimed the car was fixed. Just minutes after driving away, the cambelt failed catastrophically.

A Insurance approved independent garage confirmed that rubber debris from the failed auxiliary belt — which Kizzle had replaced with no prior consent — had been left behind, causing serious engine damage. The repair costs have now exceeded £5,000 — an entirely preventable failure had Kissle taken more pride in their work,

When we followed up, their response was dismissive. Most notably, they claimed our final complaint email had gone to their junk folder — despite the fact it was part of the same email thread they had already replied to multiple times. That alone speaks volumes.

There was no accountability, no genuine attempt to resolve the issue, and no regard for our years of loyalty. From speaking to colleagues and family friends this isn’t the first time Kissle autos have caused catastrophic damage to a vehicle.

I genuinely hope Kizzle Autos is proud of the chaos they’ve caused our family. After spending years trusting them, they’ve hit us with life-changing repair costs of over £5,000 — just weeks after we bought our first home. Their careless and dishonest actions have left us to shoulder the fallout alone,

We’ll never return — and strongly advise others to avoid Kizzle Autos

Shafty place that will do half a job by putting trainee junior members of staff on vehciles whilst the older petrol heads such as Steve get to work on the classic cars. Not a very inclusive experience by the telephony staff. Inaccesible site.

Always good experience but the service seemed a bit expensive, £234 for fiat 500,only basic service too,£90 charged for engine oil seemed vastly too much when I looked online at price

Super friendly and reliable! Needed my brake pads replacing. I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off like at some other garages you go to.
I would definitely recommend 😄
