never answer the phone left 7 messages they do not call you back - invited to have an NHS check up but when I asked them will I then be a patient with their practice they informed me No!! But can get treatment by paying privately !! I see this as really unethical bad practice and just a crafty way to make more money by making people think they will register them following their NHS check up

I am very angry to see that they advertise places for nhs patients then go invite you for a check up but then do not add you to their books as a patient!! I see this as a scam that should not be allowed just to make money from no doubt lots of people booking nhs check ups but then not being accepted as a permanent patient

I have now left Kordel House dentist as I feel the service and experience is bad and got worse so I've requested they unroll me. There is far better friendly and professional practices out there and this one definitely in my option isn't one of them.

It doesn't come across as a friendly comfortable approachable dentist practice maybe on the very first appointments and that's it! Sadly it's been an uncomfortable experience since then.

Yesterday confirmed I needed to look else where after I Spoken to an extremely Rude receptionist gave her name as Laura with a negative and bad attitude whom highly requires customer service training. It's not her fault she just lacks experience, listening skills, empathy, friendliness, professionalism and just general people skills so hopefully she gets the help and training she needs. But not a good first impression when you call through to the practice and encounter that sort of experience.

Ive noticed if you are a NHS patient they push for private treatment which I've been asked multiple times when having hygienist appointments if I want to go private despite paying for treatments and check ups.

Also Just Be careful when your child can't attend one single appointment or if they ask you to call back in 6 months for an appointment due to dentists leaving, staff issues etc because when you call to re-book they will take you off the list or try and take you off without any acknowledgment! Even if you call to let them know of your one off cancellation despite many cancellations you receive from the practice.

It's been constant cancelled appointments due to staffing issues dentist leaving or not able to book appointments and told to call back 6-8 months. Just feels un- organised You can never call through and when you do finally get through it's to a phone technician fixing phone lines informing that no one is in the building due to a big refurb.

Personally I feel like they should have spent any funds on staffing issues and customer service training for Laura then on a clinic refurb.

Definitely recommend Kordel House. Have had emergency appointments offered within hours notice on multiple occasions and staff are extremely helpful.
