The Northolme practice is an incredible doctors. Every member of staff I’ve come into contact with has always treated me so well and showed such kindness. As a new mum I’ve always felt listened to and taken seriously. They’ve never make me feel silly for bringing my daughter in, even for small concerns, which is so reassuring. All the doctors and nurses have shown such compassion and Jade who provides vaccinations is outstanding. Thank you so much!

Best doctors I've ever had. Makes me glad to live in the area. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful. The speed of an appointment is good. Told me all my problems regarding my back is due to me being too over weight. I weight 65kg and I’m 5ft2!! Didn’t want to listen to what I was saying just told me I don’t do enough exercise… I work in manual labour 40 hours a week…

I regularly have had to contact the practise whilst looking after an elderly friend with quite severe Alzheimer's. I can honestly say that the reception staff have been amazing and I can't fault them . When there has been a query about anything they have rung me back very promptly with an answer . The same can be said about all of the different doctors that I have been in contact with too, They could not have been more helpful . Thanks one and all for your continued support during this difficult time .

clinical practitioner Emily Foster is a credit to the medical team, it’s the first time I’ve met her and I trust her with my ongoing medical issues complicity. I felt completely at ease, heard and understood throughout our appointment in which she was so thorough and proactive, Explaining her findings and thought process and I am finally feeling like I could be getting somewhere with an ongoing medical problem.

Words can’t do justice how bad this place is! It takes years to get through on the phone, then they can’t get you an appointment, plan in advance if you feel an illness coming on. The medication reviews are constant, when you order a repeat prescription they will not tell you that a review is required, so when you go to collect it, it’s not there so you contact them to see what’s going on and they say you need a review, then it’s 3-4 business years before you get the review and by that time you’re withdrawing from your medication. They will also message you if they need to see you, but you have to call them to make an appointment, so another few years on the phone to see what they want you for! Absolutely outstanding this lot! Stay away!! If I could give zero stars I would! I absolutely dread anything to do with them!

I was incredibly disappointed with the attitude of a nurse today
. She was apparently standing in . Not the usual type of person who normally works at Kos clinic . I’m dyslexic /ADD I get very confused most of my life . I was late for my blood test . A patient came out . There was no one waiting . I apologised as It was pointed out to me by the lovely receptionist I was late . I very politely asked the nurse if she could possibly squeeze me in as it would only take a minute. She was very brisk and flat refused to help me just saying you’ll have to make another appointment. She made me feel very silly . I felt she was completely unbending and didn’t want to help at all . I hope I never have to see her again . Without question all the people who are normally at Kos ate delightful and always very helpful. Shame on this lady it’s not like she was rushed off her feet at the time .

I've been a patient of Kos Clinic since the 1980s and have never had a problem. If I've ever needed an appointment it's always been on the same day, providing that I ring in the morning. Wife and kids are also registered here and have all had the same excellent service. I don't take this for granted one bit and sincerely hope the practice will still be there for generations to come.
