First used these around 2 years ago when I needed a hair cut. Asked for a beard trim also as I was trying to grow it but it needed tidying up. I was given a number 3 guard all over and had to let the beard grow again. I hated it.

Left it late to go to my usual place and they couldn't fit me in so had no choice but to try these again this week. Same barber as last time. Asked for haircut and a beard trim. I made it very clear that I was trying to grow my beard and just wanted a tidy up. Guess what? Same thing as last time. Spent all the time growing my beard back and same barber took it all off again. It just needed a scissor cut or going over with a high guard.

Twice is enough now and won't be coming back.

Listen to what your customer is asking for. I now have to wait for what's left of my beard to grow again which will take ages.

The haircut wasn't exactly great either.

Called in early Thursday morning, very clean and warm welcome, seen to straight away for hot towel shave,hair cut and ear wax, really relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely be back.

Came here for a medium skin fade but it was uneven so I asked if he could line it up, still couldn’t do that the barber/trainee what ever he was didn’t even look at me through the mirror to see what it looked like in the end told him just to take the lot off. Strongly advise against using these barbers as I’d heard of other people having bad experiences, thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt huge mistake on my part will definitely not be going back!

Love this place! 1st class haircut beard trim and waxing everytime the lads are good crack will always come here. Update: just finished having my hair and beard trimmed, still a first class service always come here! Very short waiting time for a first class hair cut.

After a year of growing my hair on top through various lockdowns, I asked on three separate occasions for no length at all to be taken off the fringe which was 5-6 inches in length. I’ve been left with barely two inches on top now so that’s 6-8 months of hair growth out the window and I genuinely feel ill. It’s one thing to be given a bad haircut, that happens from time to time and is understandable, but to be completely ignored and left with a hairstyle that isn’t close to what you asked for is awful.
it’s not actually a bad haircut if you want short back and sides, it’s just not close to what I asked for.
