Been using LC Hughes for years and had absolutely no issues. Went to visit today to get a brake slider as I urgently needed one on the way out we was looking at the Blue MGTF and a employee approached us as accused us of stealing to which we decided to leave as it made us feel uncomfortable.

The lads behind the front counter are really friendly and approachable P.S for the rude employee who accused us of stealing I paid for the brake slider.

Unfortunately due to be falsely accused of stealing I won't be returning to LC Hughes anymore which is a shame.

Very professional and efficient. I had to salvage my car on a specific date and time and Gareth was extremely helpful and accommodating. The salvage process was very fast and easy. LC Hughes has also put in a lot of extra health and safety measures in place (due to COVID) and I felt completely comfortable and safe throughout the entire salvage process. Excellent business and highly recommend them!!!

These guys are awesome, couldn't recommend them enough. Really friendly and helpful, prices and selection of parts seems great, they even helped jump start my car! Don't think I'll be going anywhere else for second hand parts. Deserve their rating.

Sold my scrap car to LC Hughes via Remove My Car. Got a good price, great quick communication and the guy who came to collect was brilliant, even though getting my car loaded was a pain. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I wasted a morning removing car parts in the yard but when it came time to pay for them they just searched for prices on eBay. This was particularly frustrating because the guy in front of me got a total bargain. They wanted me to pay an insane amount for a tail light because otherwise they would just sell it themselves on eBay. I felt that if it was in the yard and they had chosen not to remove it on the cars arrival then it could be bought over the counter for a sensible price? I wont be returning and will just shop online now with a cup of tea. Why hike through a muddy yard with my tool box if this is how they price their items?
