Love this place, I go for ear and body acupuncture which is helping me manage a chronic condition. All the ear acupuncturists are super generous to attendees and if the room is full or people are late they always try to accommodate them. I'm having my body acupuncture with Jonathan and he is so kind, caring and skillful. The reception staff always go out of their way to be helpful and whenever I call the phone is answered promptly. A breath of fresh air and my best NHS experience ever. Thank you so much everyone!

Update: last time when I went there for my daughter’s appointment, they seem improved themselves. Doctor was very late, I had to check with them, however they had better attitude and was apologetic.

Agreed with some others, needed a bit training/update on customer service/admin side. However Alex who’s doing my treatments is excellent. He’s experienced and knows what he is doing.

The best foot care I had anywhere, Ian Bruce is brilliant and has great people skills as well as insights and foot knowledge. He's a genius at reading x-rays. I was lucky to see him, he was the only person in 7 months to diagnose my Navicular fracture, by which time it was very serious. Physios, doctors insisted it wasn't broken and flatly refused to send me for a weight bearing x-ray, let alone a scan. I agree with others on the phone service, it's poor, seldom answered and when they do answer it's like wading through porridge! surely this can be improved? your letting the excellent medical care and patients down.

You guys need to ANSWER YOUR PHONE! If someone has Covid-19 symptoms and they are calling to cancel an appointment you not answering the phone will make people feel like they’ll be better off actually coming in! to avoid being struck off for a ‘DNA’/no show!

Don't bother having Nick as the person who treats you. Has no concept of people skills or understanding of real life situations. Was 10 minutes late which I phoned in advance to tell them due to traffic. Cover receiptionist was outside on her personal mobile so wasnt seen for a further 5 minutes than told cause I was 15 minutes late I'd need to wait an HOUR!! I have to take time off work to be seen as their treatment hours are useless for anyone that works a 9-5. Really poor attitude, that doesnt make any sense at all. Telling me hes seeing someone else now DURING MY APPOINTMENT TIME (treatment lasts between 30-45 minutes) disgusted, so I've made sure all future appointments are with another person.
