Doesn't even deserve one star. Encourages you to use the app that never has any appointments nor can you select ask reception to call back as they have nothing. Every time I call I'm waiting well over an hour to get through and that's if I don't give up or the call disconnects. The new patient access thing is basically Google...

Dr Harrison and the team at Owen Road branch are fantastic, I can't fault the care I've been receiving. The service in general is much improved since they have sorted out the phone lines. I am very happy LMP is my doctors.

Got told I had a TB-pos test around October 2021 and at the same time had a cough that would last 3 weeks and disappear for a month then return. They took up until March to ask for spit samples then didn't give me the results/call back/appointment til mid-May to tell me it was Latent. I now have to be on medication for 3 months to stop it progressing to active(which is normal but coulda given it earlier) and they've also completely disregarded my repeated cough- the practice really needs to sort it's staff out in terms of administration.

Doctor put on notes I need to see him again in 3 weeks, tried to make an appointment and they said they'd get back to me. Rang 3 more times and told the same, now out of meds and still no appointment!!
Turns out they do month ahead bookings here ONLY,don't get ill or you may die!!

Further update to the mess LMP has left my medical records in. GP to GP link with new practice was refused LMP end. Instead someone had litterally sent an email with hundreds of attachments on it which are all my key records from 2010 to 2022 that new GP practice needs to treat my multiple conditions. Instead by doing this you have caused a massive issue, gap in care and BMG don't even know where to begin with manually sorting all these attachments out. Lost for words on the whole issue.

Has no regards for continuity of care. Constantly told different stories, incorrect information and also my records have been reverted to my old address when I dont live there. Not once have I got an apology for all incorrect information given. Constantly spoken over when I do get a call. LMP doesn't clearly like to be challenged. Even have David Morris MP involved in this matter. Such a shame that there are outstanding GPs but poor, disorganised and rude at times staff/management who do not have patients intrest at heart and override GPs decisions. Thanks to being messed around for over 2 weeks i now have no GP, they have cancelled a key appointment for injection i need.

I go to the Dr's as a last resort. Yesterday was amazing! I recieved outstanding customer/patient service. Fast, efficient, professional, pleasant and personal service from everyone I encountered whou work in this practice. From making my initial call, the call back, reception, paramedic at the practice, phlebotomist, and x-ray this morning ot RLI. Many Many many thanks to you all and the efficiency of utilising all the resourses at your disposal. ♥

I’m quite appalled that receptionists are allowed to say what is urgent and what is not. I’ve been waiting for months to see a throat specialist and need to run through my symptoms with a GP. I’m a kidney transplant patient (immunosuppressed) and have lymphoma. Perhaps I don’t fit into the normal 99% of perceived urgent requests, but the practice should be allowing better representation for patients like myself. I’m sure there are many other chronically ill people in Lancaster that aren’t getting the support they need.

I recently called for an appointment. 109 times I had to call as it was engaged. I was then waiting for 19 mins 41 secs to speak to some who informed me she had to ' fill out a template' so she she needed to know all the ins and outs of what was wrong. Most people do not want to discuss personal details with a person with no medical knowledge.
Today my husband called for an appointment and because he did not want to discuss certain things with Louise she said he couldn't have an appointment. He asked if she was refusing him medical attention and she said yes.
