Your driver overtook my car and the back of his lorry clipped my front bumper and completely ripped it off. My car was clearly visible from over 100 metres away and he was not looking, tried to be clever and overtake last minute. Was speeding on a 30 road. He refused to give his name, gave his “manager’s” name and number, that doesn't pick up the phone. Told me he had dashcam footage of the incident, but when I asked insurance, they’ve told me that the incident wasn’t even reported from their side!! My car has now been written off with no correspondence from Lanes Group. Saw the same driver again fighting with another road user over a similar issue! He had his middle finger up and clearly does not care as he faces no consequences. Looks like this is a regular occurrence!

Not sure why this guy gets paid to drive when he obviously can't. Almost took the front of my car off while merging without indicating or looking apparently. This is AFTER he was driving like he's inserted his head onto his own body. No flash of the indicator to say sorry, no wave, just looking mardy with his hood up. Sign written van + driving like a idiot = very dumb.

One of your drivers hit me on the M1. After pulling over and accepting responsibility he took my details and said someone would call me back. No one did. I had to chase it. A colleague said he would get the CCTV footage from the van. Now he is saying that they don't have it and isn't accepting responsibility. Not a great way for a member of your work force to behave.

Great service from Leeds depot. Andy did a top job and unblocked foul drain even though it was over in share neighbors side. He kept me informed with options throughout and completed in an hour for £80

Really good service when the engineer visited my home within 2hr callout window through my insurance emergency cover. Drain jetted and problem sorted, employee was very polite and helpful, kudos to Mr A Jones from Leeds depot.

Mark and his colleague arrived promptly to help unblock a drain which was backing up with sewage. They were very polite and efficient in their work and also helpful in explaining what had happened, advising on how to resolve the primary cause (root ingress). Many thanks for unblocking my drain!

Googled 'Blocked Drain' and Lanes for Drains came up so I rang them late on a Saturday afternoon. The lady was courteous and helpful; she explained that all their operatives were busy today and it would be cheaper to use 'Lanes' on a weekday which I thought was good to hear.
The following day I decided to forego the cheaper option and get them out. A different lady called their operative and we arranged to meet me at 2 which is exactly what happened. The man was polite and very knowledgeable and he unblocked the drain with the minimum of fuss and cleared up the mess.
I was extremely impressed by the whole thing and I won't hesitate to use them again.

These were sent through AXA home insurance.
I had a serious waste stack blockage which I had spent a good day attempting to unblock. The chap from Lanes turned up and said 'yeah easy', mashed my toilet with a huge plunger (i told him it was the stack and not the toilet), flooded my bathroom with foul water and then said, unfortunately I can't help you, you need a plumber?!?! Since then I have managed to dismantle half my home to find an access point to the internal stack and managed to get water flowing again. It still needs a professional to sort this out before it backs up again and i'm still waiting for that call back.... utterly useless and not sure what else to do.
