Very helpful staff.
They've always been open longer (until 6pm) during BST hours. This year however, the equinox must have come early, as they've been on their winter schedule since the beginning of October, shutting at 4pm.

Lovely staff friendly and polite as for the rules you basically have to pay for everything from your own home. Don't waste your time go somewhere else.

Well laid out, good organisation by the staff, not busy through the weekday but often queues at weekend. Staff always helpful. Don't like having to pay to dump some items.....fence post, panels, rubble etc as its causing a lot more fly tipping in our area from people that won't pay. Pretty sure clearing fly tipping costs a lot more than letting it be dumped for free in the correct place!

can't go with tail lift and what I should do now when I don't have other vehicles.

rubbish place was totally empty when I need to unload one coach and few bags with clothes but enter guys says no.. because tail lift

Great operating system, social distancing being applied at all times. Staff working here are exemplary and a credit to this centre. Remember to bring proof of ID or a written statement with your address now or you won't be allowed to get in. Any rubble or hardcore materials are now chargeable but everything else is still permitted for recycling. Hottest day of the year so far and the poor guys working there in unbearable heat. Thank you for their hard work and for their great customer service. (And no I'm not related to them)
