I cannot praise Lavender Clearances enough. I left a message on their website and received a call within the hour. After a good humoured chat I found their prices fair and competitive compared to my research. A clearance for our property was arranged within the week (2 days!) and arrival time arranged to suit me.
On the day, Sam and Luke were assigned to our house, and from start to finish they spoke clear English, very polite, very hard working, and communicative when needing clarification of requirements. I never heard a raised voice or any bad language, in fact the opposite, which is important to me.
Upon completing the clearance they then set about making the house presentable by sweeping and vacuuming surplus mess which they had uncovered.
Again, these lads did a top job, and I would recommend Lavender Clearances to anyone 100%
