Wouldn’t recommend as a nominated pharmacy for prescriptions. My GP prescribed a repeat prescription for a pregnancy symptom but pharmacy refused because I was pregnant and said I need to go back to GP!

Another situation - GP referred me to the NHS community pharmacy consultation at Lawton’s but they refused to see me at first and tried to fob me off with a random otc medicine until I put my foot down. They questioned the need to see them even though it was the GP’s referral. Very appalling service from most of the staff here. I have changed to a much better pharmacy in the area now.

Not a great service at all, got home only to find half of my medication has been given to me, so now have to go back to them again today to pick up the other pills. Too busy and lack of concentration i say.

Worse pharmacy ever.. called up in the morning to confirm if my prescription will be ready was advised will be ready after 3pm!

Upon arriving been told they don’t have it in stock for the last 2 months.. on top the staff are blaming each other no management ownership or customer care!

Disappointing and embarrassing how you run your business!
