After a disaster to the start of our holiday. Broke down, stuck without the car for the whole trip. Been messed about by aa and emac - although LBR couldn't do anything with our car( no fault of their own we were lied to by emac) they offered to drive us to our camp site which was 12 mile away as most taxis refused as we had a dog! These guys were lovely and went above and beyond to make sure our holiday wasn't ruined!! If I lived local these would definitely be our new car macanics! Top guys

On the 14th Aug I purchased a mercedes estate that had allegedly had an mot at this garage on the 13th of august on receiving the car the brakes didn't work so no way could it have passed an mot .I investigated a little more to discover I purchased the car in Kidderminster yet it was claimed it was tested whittland approximately 3hrs away I contacted the seller who ignores me so I've contacted the dvsa who I believe will inspect the car .the only ways this car could be mot is incompetence or criminalityy belief is that someone at this garage will provide an mot for a fee no questions asked .if anyone at the garage feels I'm being unfair or slanderous I encourage them to report it to the police because I would welcome then investigating

Amazing service thank you. Tony was friendly and kind, he checked all of our tyres after a pressure warning light came on. He inflated them and we were safely on our way back from our holiday within 15 minutes. He didn’t charge us and was super kind to our son. Thank you 🥰

Had a problem with the gas strut on the tailgate of our hatchback on the first day of our holiday. Was fixed straight away and because they did it so quickly they didn't even charge us. Outstanding kindness. Thank you gents!

On our way to visit Dylan Thomas’ Boathouse our tyre pressure light came on just as we were by LBR Automotives. The kind gentleman working there very kindly stopped what he was doing, checked all tyres air pressure and corrected them and said that it was on the house. This meant we could enjoy our day and feel assured our return home the following day will be just that bit safer. A big shout out of thanks to the kind gentleman who assisted us. What wonderful service and kindness.
