Convenient location and very pleasant staff, BUT VERY disappointed this morning when queuing for till, with my face mask as all other customers did. A young lady member of staff had a trolley in the queueing area, she was standing in the queuing area talking to someone in the queue, NO social distancing and NOT wearing a mask.
She seemed totally unaware of what she was doing. Badly wanted to say something but did not want to cause a fuss. Has been bugging me since I got home that I did not say something.
They have notices up about wearing face coverings but she was not doing so and was invading customers social distance area.
If it happens again I will DEFINATELY talk to the manager.
Rules should apply to EVERYONE.
Was in there a couple of weeks ago when elderly lady in queue did not have a face covering. I kept quiet as realised she may have had a valid reason for not wearing one, but think staff should have had a quiet word away from other customers.
Disappointing !!!!!!!!!!!
