The staff there were really polite, helpful & friendly. Being disabled you have to call the council first then someone from the recycle centre calls you back to arrange a best time for you to go. As soon as I got there the guy on the gate knew exactly which car I was in, greeted me & directed me to another guy who was stood waiting for me. They opened the boot & took care of everything while I stayed in the car. So much better than other ones I've been to!

Visited a few times on 7th and 17th July '17 with large heavy bags of garden waste and the staff were excellent. They came to our aid immediately and assisted emptying the bags into the skip. We've been to such sites up and down the country and have never experienced such a welcome response
