I went to see Lesley as I was suffering with severe shoulder and wrist pain. I had a limited range of movement and general aches and pains from work that had gone on for a long time.
After being given some information about the treatments she offers I decided to try the Bowen therapy; a very gentle and relaxing experience that eased a lot of minor discomforts in many areas of the body. After three sessions I have greatly improved range of movement and much less pain in day to day activities.
Lesley is very professional and made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout each session.
I would definitely recommend this treatment if you do any form of physical activity.

Lesley is a lovely woman very easy to understand what she says and her therapies are amazing. Before I went to see her I couldn't travel in a car for more than an hour without getting severe back pain. 2 MRI scans and a years physio still very little improvement. 3x 1hour sessions of Bowen Therapy with Lesley I am now pain free my body is no longer tense and I feel 100% better. Lesley is amazing definitely reccomend talking to her. She has a range of therapies that she is trained in and specialises in Lesley advises the best course for you.

I decided I needed some acupuncture to deal with a shoulder problem. This would have taken some weeks treatment but Lesley kindly talked me into a treatment called Bowen Therapy which would only take 3 weeks, was more appropriate and would save me megabucks 👍 I was a bit sceptical at first but decided to go ahead. I was even more sceptical after the first treatment because she hardly seemed to do anything. However, the next day I began to feel an amazing difference which lasted 3 days. Following two more weeks of therapy my shoulders are 100% improved and it is still ok a month later with me doing the daily exercises Lesley recommended. Thankyou Lesley and no I can’t play bowls 🤣

I went to see Lesley after a very positive recommendation from a friend. I had been suffering with acute pain in both knees, tennis elbow, pain in one finger and restricted movement in my neck and shoulder. After my initial consultation she decided on acupuncture for my knees, elbow and hand then Bowen Therapy for my neck and shoulder problems. All I can say is the results have been outstanding, no pain at all in my joints, and I have much more movement in my neck, if any pain does come back I will certainly go back for treatment. Lesley is very professional and her treatment room has a nice relaxing atmosphere, can’t recommend her enough!

I went to Lesley to see if acupuncture would help relieve my chronic headaches. I had 6 sessions and went from having such painful headaches that I needed to constantly take painkillers, to having only minor headaches not needing any pain relief at all.

I went without any expectations, not ever having acupuncture before. Lesley talked through the different therapies she provided and allowed me to choose my own treatment. Lesley is a lovely lady and highly professional. I would recommend her and to anyone looking for the benefits of acupuncture.

I have suffered from frozen shoulders for many years and was able to free up one arm with physio and exercise but was unable to free up the other. I have had cortisone injections but to no avail. I tried Lesley’s acupuncture for a couple of sessions and then she suggested Bowen therapy. I was scriptural as I have had several sports I just massages in the past but within 2 sessions my range of movement had increased and was able to sleep more comfortably. After session 3 I had 3 weeks of almost normality until I did too much and jarred it again. I have booked for a few more sessions as it is not quite 100% yet but I have every confidence that the therapy is helping and that I will recover soon.

I found Lesley’s page on Facebook and read reviews from other people about Bowen therapy.I got in touch telling her about my shoulder and neck pain which I had been having for months, lesley said Bowen would help with that and it did after 2 sessions and a booster session I am now pain free. I would highly recommend lesley she certainly knows what she is doing and is such a nice person.
