I have requested a replace.ent food waste bin three times but to no avail.
My bin is broken at the base + the handle

I have left it outside but nothing happens. What is the point of the website if nothing happens?

If I could give Zero Stars I would. Its now been 4x weeks and my recycle bins are still full as they decided to empty my neighbours recycling bins but not mine. 10 emails sent and a Number of phone calls made, NO ACTION TAKEN. Absolute joke of a council service company. For sone unknown reason they just leave my bins

I've never dealt with a more unprofessional council. I live on a new plot and have had no end of issues with the council over recycling and general waste collections. The council have advised the bins needs to be left by the main road off of the close we live in; in high winds this will cause obstruction of the highway and no doubt, accidents. They have also advised the refuse collectors are too busy to return bins. When challenged about paying council tax and expecting a service; I was advised only £14 goes to the refuse collections. I'm still not sure what point that is? We've even had to bring in the distance from the main road to where the bins are left to establish whether they are able to return bins or not. I've never had this issue in any other county I've lived in. Utterly ridiculous. The various staff I have had to liaise with at the council for the past 7wks need to think about new jobs because their rudeness is on another level.

Bad communication experience. Weekly Refuse collection missed twice. Reported twice online. Unable to get thru by landline telephone... diverts to a totally useless Chat Bot. If a private business operated customer service like this, they would quickly go out of business. And I have an "Assisted Contract" being elderly.

No stars if I could. Left bin out with a small box of cardboard as I had missed the last two recycling collections. Guess they couldn’t bend down and pick it up, throw it in the truck. Shambles poor service, I will be complaining to the council offices. Rubbish.

Staff seem determined to annoy residents then when residents have a go at them they cry found play don't wind people up then they won't bite blocking up both the steps and slope from St Leonards Close to the car park with recying bins another example of annoying residents a new and tiresome way of working

They are refusing to empty our recycling bins now and do not take our domestic waste away opening every bin bag to see whats in them no choice but to have to pay for a rubbish removal company to take it away, just not getting our service from the £1920.00 per year council tax.
