Truly appalling company with disgusting customer service. Called them for a quote on a specific parts number and supplied a picture of the part required (after being insulted that parts numbers are not relevant – yeah, right). Price agreed for the part which arrived quickly enough, but was clearly the wrong part with a different part number.
Asked for a refund, sent the part back but had to chase numerous times over many weeks and they would not cover the return carriage despite them being at fault. Staff very hostile and offensive and only ended up with a partial refund!
Have reported to trading standards who confirmed that this was certainly not the first complaint they had received and are investigating. Please note that they also trade under ‘ACD Breakers’ and there are plenty of other negative reviews that confirm my experience was not a one off.
These cowboys do not deserve to be in business, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
