Unbelievable service yesterday at the Shoreditch store. Was like stepping back in time in terms of customer service. And i mean in a great way. Paulina and Adam went above and beyond to help me out with a very unusual request. To match and supply paint for use on a repair to an irreplaceable Du Pont lighter.

What an impeccable service. Haven't been to the store before but will be my go to place for any DIY supplies from now on.

To the Owner - you have a great team there. Paulina and Adam are amazing. Both were so helpful, passionate about their work and professional. A massive thanks to you both. I am half way through the touch up..first coat on..one more should do it. Thanks again.

Today I had a little shopping list for floor painting and filler to prepare a job.
Paulina was friendly and really helpful with all my questions.
It was a really positive experience and she was at top of the game answered all my questions and made helpfull suggestions.
Also helped to set up trader account for further purchases and benefits.
