This is now the second one star review I have left for lili waste. We had massive problems previously with collections not happening then being billed for overweight bins. The reason they were overweight is because they hadn't been emptied for 4 weeks or more. Then our 2 1500 ltr bins were swapped for 3 tiny domestic bins that were full in a matter of days. 3 times we asked for bigger bins and were ignored, I had multiple phone conversations with Dave from the office and was convinced to remove my review on the promise things would change. Well here I am again. The bins weren't collected last week at all apparently the bin lorry couldn't get up the driveway again nothing obstructing at all, so after a phone call we were promised that they would be emptied as a matter of urgency and a full site clean carried out. Fast forward to this week. One bin emptied no problem the other bin not emptied because of no access, strange considering a bin lorry had already been up the driveway and emptied one load of bins. Nothing had moved and nothing was obstructing since the last bin Lorry had been up. At least this time they took a picture of the right address. Twice before pictures were uploaded by drivers of a street across the road. We share our access with a quarry so plenty of room for the smaller bin lorries compared to the hgvs that go into there we also have mutiple tow trucks dropping off vehicles which dont have an issue getting up to us either. We also said that should anything be blocking please let us know and we can either move it or walk the bin down the driveway. I can only assume that that message hasnt gotten through as even when there isnt anything obstructing they still arent emptied. Massively disappointed with the service and now have wasted more time having to type out another review for the bad service received, on top of that I still have a full bin that's not been emptied for over 4 weeks. Funnily enough though the direct debt still gets paid and the invoices still sent out. Now in talks with a local company who are actually cheaper. I'm not normally one to complain but unfortunately the service I have received has been poor, it will take a lot to get this review removed as now there are numerous promises broken and the service that we pay for has not been provided.

I need to give full credit to Jordan and the professionalism he has shown over the past few weeks. He is polite, knowledgeable, responds quickly to correspondence, (both on email and telephone) and an all round lovely young man. Lili Waste is genuinely the way forward and Jordan is the man to talk to. 100% recommend.
