My experiences have all been positive. Lovely staff, helpful, efficient. Great nurses and doctors. All surgeries are under pressure but they are managing it well. Really looking after my mum with quick follow ups and checking in with me as her full time carer. Makes all the difference. A big thanks to them all.

Excellent service. Saw a GP the same day as completing an e-consult. GP was very empathetic and understanding. Medication prescribed immediately and follow up phone call booked whilst at the appointment. Cannot fault my patient experience

I'm a new patient after having moved down to the coast, so far I have had a couple of dealings with Lime Tree, and I am very impressed! My initial online request was answered almost immediately, given a blood form in preparation for seeing a GP, and my medication from previous GP issued beforehand also.
I had a call from the social prescribers to ensure my repeats medications were all OK, and all on my repeats.
Then I saw a GP called Lillian at the Goring site today at 9am, she was really lovely, very thorough and understanding. I have a clear plan for some investigations I need. I also needed a repeat blood test due to a raised result, which I was able to have today also, just needed to pop back at 12. Saw a lovely nurse who made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
I struggle with anxiety so it's a big deal to contact the GP, but Lime Tree have far exceeded my expectations.
The Goring site is very clean and welcoming, right on the beach so I had a few minutes to reregulate before heading back to the car

Really easy to get an appointment you just do an E Consult and very quickly within two hours. I had an appointment. Dr. Young was delightful, Listened to what had to say. Nice and friendly receptionist, what more do you want? Great service?

On this occasion, the customer service received from the staff was less than satisfactory. I arrived for my appt a little early to find that it wasn’t at my usual surgery in Goring, and I should have been in Findon. The text message reminder didn’t advise this. Actually, it didn’t say anything except Lime Tree Surgery so I went to my registered surgery. The receptionist at Goring was helpful and said she would ring ahead to Findon and let them know I was on my way. Whether or not she did, I don’t know.
When I arrived at Findon, there was a long queue at the counter but I had to wait in the queue because I couldn’t check in on the screen (presumably due to lateness). I explained to the Findon reception the problem and they asked me to take a seat. After another ten minutes, the receptionist came out to say that actually the nurse decided I couldn’t have my asthma review anymore and I’d have to ring up to rebook. I tried to explain that it had already taken a month to book an appointment, and apologised for going to the wrong surgery but they said I should have checked if I wasn’t sure where the appointment was. But I didn’t realise that it wasn’t at my usual surgery until going there. This all could be avoided if the text reminder had stipulated Lime Tree Findon rather than just saying Lime Tree Surgery. Not very good service at all.

Faultless service
On line form filled in 12 Noon with all the symptons of a urine infection.
Surgery called at 1pm appointment for 4.15 on anti biotics by 5pm
I have been with this surgery for over 40 years seen a few changes .
A much improved service all round

I had a call from the surgery to make an appointment for a routine diabetes check-up. They had a slot for the following day. I was seen on time and the checks including taking blood were completed professionally with explanations.
