Called in to buy a Costa coffee. The machine didn't produce a ticket. The staff at the till didn't believe the machine didn't produce a ticket and repeatedly told me they needed a ticket . 2 female staff insisted I should have a ticket,the older lady rolled her eyes ,the younger lady checked the machine & finally agreed there was no ticket but still kept insisting I would have received a ticket. Staff then proceeded to manually enter the cost of the coffee at the till and over charged me. I corrected them on price, and they again rolled their eyes and said I needed a ticket.
A male member of staff was called and he rudely said 'what's wrong ' the whole conversation started again and I once again explained the machine didn't produce a ticket and I said it was my fault this hadn't happened. Both female staff were rude and unhelpful,talked down to me & made me feel uncomfortable . I had the exact change so I left the money and the store . Another customer approached me outside asking if I was OK as they had witnessed staff being extremely unhelpful and rude . Staff need customer /communication training

Quite frankly, the worst co op I've ever tried to get served in.
The checkout staff are constantly chatting across to each other, or chatting with customers when there is a huge queue.
I walked in many times, seen the queue, seen the staffs behaviour... appauling.
It's only any good as an old folks meeting place so that everyone can compare Dr's appointments.
Avoid at all costs.

Thanks to the team at Nettleham Coop. I'd never been in before and didn't know which aisles I needed for my shop. The lady behind the till called out the cavalry from the back and within seconds it was like I had my own personal shopper. Nothing was an issue for them. Just wanted to leave a review to say thanks for making my shop quick and easy. 🙂

Love this store!! The staff are so friendly and helpful. If there is a queue building, they ding a bell and all free staff come to the tills in seconds... I'd like to thank a lady called Heather at the Nettleham coop who also helped me take all my shopping out to my car the other day! I have shopped in many coops... But this is way above any of the others!

This is my local store. I get all my daily groceries from here. The staff are lovely and friendly and very helpful. You can get most daily stuff from here at fairy reasonable prices.

Amazing range of goods for a small local store. Brilliant staff and great prices. Genuinely first class.
