Not very positive I’m afraid.
1) I had six sacks (200kg) of A4 paper for recycling. Told to “post it through the two inch slot in the metal bin”. I asked if There was any way to just empty the sacks and was told to throw the sacks in the non recycle bin.
2) the contact phone number on the website is a wrong number.

I returned 11 months after my initial review, the website was not fit for purpose and the staff gave me incorrect info when I phone which resulted in my being turned away with my small trailer of recycling waste
