I've always imagined a place where I could drive to and unload all my crap into large containers. I never thought I would see the day when this dream would be realised. Today was that day, and I can say with all my heart that I was not disappointed. If you have stuff you don't want, and you can drive it to this place, then you will truly know happiness.

Great tip. But the staff are careless and all they do is look to see what goodies they can salvage. And never help the people that need help always groupe taking and giving their ordered to people of what skip number they go in. I actually don't no what there paid for.so nothing all day and make money on wages and stuff they take home to sell. Something needs to change.

A Hassle-Free Trip to the Dump!

Whenever I need to clear out unwanted items from my home, Linford Civic Amenity Site has been my go-to place. I've visited around three to four times, and every trip has been smooth and efficient. One of the best perks is that it's completely free to use, which is fantastic for disposing of waste without extra costs.

They accept pretty much anything that you might need to get rid of, and there are staff onsite to help and explain where to drop stuff off.

The process is straightforward – just make sure to bring your council tax paper to prove local residency, and you're good to go. I've never had to wait long, regardless of when I visit, which makes the chore of disposing of waste much less of a hassle.

If you're looking for a reliable and convenient place to dispose of your household waste, Linford Civic Amenity Site is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended for locals who want to declutter responsibly

Only downside is that the entrance is on a road where you're not allowed to turn right, so depending on which side you're coming from, you might need to drive past and find a place to make a u-turn for the correct approach

Got to dump site at 3:47pm only to notice gate was shut even though they are meant to shut at 4pm.
Wasted a few quid on petrol to get there and back because of there lack of inadequacies & time keeping.
Not to mention the extra money us working class peeps are now paying on council tax & garden waste subscriptions.
No wonder there will now be an increase in flytipping
Thurrock council is an absolute joke
Well done ?
