Emergency Works (Obstruction) Act 2006, you can be fined up to for "wilfully impeding" an emergency vehicle. how disgusting the driver ignore the blue lights forcing the ambulance and their emergency to reverse. No excuses he offloaded and loaded the same skip, ignoring the ambulance. DISGUSTING. I hope you never have a family member or yourselves in there. I hope they take this further
