Excellent company and service. I rang last minute and booked on the day. Not I only did they accommodate my last minute request, they also kindly adjusted the time for me as I had a huge delay and couldn’t make the original time slot. The operative that assisted me was super helpful polite and very professional my things were handled with care and I felt safe knowing it was a high standard service. I contacted Load and Drop on 15th of July 2025 and spoke to Nathan about some rubbish that I needed clearing from my property and he was so very polite and courteous.
I was quoted a very good price and l asked when they could do the job and Cee J who was extremely kind and helpful was at my property within a couple of hours and he did an excellent job.

I want to thank Load and Drop for your recent service. I initially posted the job through Bark requesting collection of a mattress and bed frame from my mother’s home. Nathan from Load and Drop was the first operative to respond to the post, and had the most competitive quote. All emails to discuss quote and arrangements for the job were answered promptly. They attended on time, and whisked away the items in no time at all. The care and courtesy shown to my mother was also remarkable. Definitely will use again.
