They were very responsive and a date was set to come and collect some building waste. They turned up, but then left without knocking on the door. Later when we contacted them to find out what was happening they said it was more waste than they were expecting and just told us to get a skip. We didn't expect them to take it all, and were happy to pay for 2 collections if that was what was required, however we were not presented with the opportunity to disscuss this. Wasted a lot of time taking the afternoon off work as we'd already agreed on the phone to help them load the van.

Phoned them Saturday to ask about garden waste collection. They came first thing Monday to have a look and quote, then came back a bit later to collect it all. Swept up after themselves, charged what they quoted. Would use again - excellent service.

Alec has been collecting our trade waste for getting on 15 years now, he shows up every week on time every time, collects everything we need him to and for a very reasonable price come rain, snow or shine! All the staff at Screenprint also use Loads of Rubbish for any personal garage clearance, garden/house project waste removal etc, he's only a quick phone call away and takes all the pressure off when it comes to getting rid of the mountains of rubbish we all create these days!
