Mikhail was the engineer who came to help me out. On my return from a holiday I found i had left my keys at the hotel!
Security was good - they asked for proof of identity, and Mikhail was with me within 30 minutes. He was polite and friendly, and though the job was a bit tricky, he worked away until ot was sorted. His work also saved me the price of a new lock!

The engineer arrived on time, he was friendly, informative, inspected the damage & explained clearly what part needed replacing & why. He only ordered this once I had given permission ensuring parts would be available the following day for installation. Which he did on time & very efficiently. The pricing, repairs/replacement was carried out by the engineer in a very professional & helpful manner. I would definitely call them again if the need arises.
