I had a leak from the roof and also needed guttering cleaned. Steven and his team did both very professionally. Steven was able to do a site check and explain the problem and how to fix it. He did the work 5 months ago and I’ve had no other issues. It’s fixed. I have seen my fair share of dodgy roofers and so I am grateful to finally find one that I can trust. Reasonably priced too. Will definitely use them again.

I would have no hesitation in recommending London Roof and Guttering.
We have just had our flat roof to rear and side of our end terrace property replaced by Steve and Mark. What a fantastic job they have done. It took a while to initially get hold of Steve but I am very glad I persevered. His quote was fair and accurate. His work is of a very high standard and Steve really goes the extra mile to the the best job. Steve and Mark were very easy to have around, hard working and efficient, cleaned up after themselves and explained clearly what would be done and when. The job at our home presented a few challenges but these were met with skill and good grace by Steve and Mark.
The roof looks great.

Steve and team from London Roof and Guttering was great from quote to completed work. Able to assess the issue, provide info on what was needed for a repair, and then were able to quickly implement the repair a few days later. Steve is a very knowledgable guy and didn't take advantage of the situation. Will use again.

I had a very poor experience with London Roof and Guttering. We had asked them to seal a gap between a downpipe and the wall to prevent rain water leaking through that gap.

The work was not completed to specification and after they had finished, the next time it rained, quite a bit of water continued to flow through the gap.

Moreover, our point of contact Steve was very poor at explaining issues to a layperson. He assumed knowledge and used terms that were very hard for a layperson to penetrate and understand what work needed to be done. Based on his vague communication, it was also very hard to hold him to account. I would not recommend this firm to people who do not have a good understanding of how the guttering in their house currently functions.

Steve was also very unresponsive with requests for quotes and other information. I had to call him 11 times after his original visit to provide a quote.

Overall, I would not recommend working with this firm.

Super experience from this company, My roof recently got damaged by storm Dennis, Spoke to Steve who said he will attend as soon as the weather improved, a couple of days later he attended and fixed the problem, something to do with lead flashing.
Cost was very reasonable with great payment options, and the work quality appears very good as we no longer have a leak.
I have no hesitation in recommending London Roof and Guttering and have already passed their details to a neighbour.

Steve was very responsive and turned up promptly despite the snowy and cold weather to investigate a leak in my front gutter and repair it for me. He and his colleague also cleaned all the gutters of my house efficiently. All the work was done for a very reasonable fee. I also asked Steve to conduct a survey of my roof, for which he gave me good advice and an estimate for maintenance work in the future. I greatly value his promptness, professionalism and honesty. Unlike many tradesmen in London today, Steve is not pushy and aggressive.

We initially contacted Steven Keating several years ago to fix a leak that other roofers had been unable to do. He did this and it has never leaked since. Some months later we asked him to install an opening skylight to our large fibreglass flat roof, to enable easy access for inspections and repairs; this was superbly done and has proved invaluable as inspections and even repairs can now be made without the need for scaffolding. Then just over a year ago we decided to replace 12 metres of ridge tiles with mechanically fixed ridge kits to remedy a leak and, although leaks are notoriously difficult to locate and often only by a process of elimination, this too has been fixed.
Recently leaves, from a street tree fronting our house and our neighbours’ house had blocked the guttering and a shared downpipe and we were pleased to be able to get Stephen to remove the debris and unblock the pipe. Not a big job but necessary to prevent damage to the front of the houses by the overflow of water.
I have no hesitation is recommending Steven Keating. His paperwork, quotations, and invoices are clear and concise and although it is very difficult at times to contact him and many jobs can only be done when the weather is dry, I know that his work is guaranteed and of a very high standard. I have no wish to consider the numerous leaflets pushed through our letterbox by other roofing companies …. our roof is now in excellent condition thanks to Steven.
