Quick and easy. Purchased and engine and it arrived the next day. Mechanic fitted the engine and car has been running perfectly. Staff are really friendly and helped me with any questions I had. Great customer service. Will definitely be returning.

*SCAMMERS*
Bought a £4,000 engine for an Audi from these people. Engine was actually scrap and was so rusty it could never be fitted and expected to work. The engine was returned but no refund was ever given despite their assurances. Sent them to debt collection with no response. Sent them to small claims court with no response so we won judgement. Still no money returned. Sent to bailiffs to recover goods but the yard is hardly ever open. Still trying to get our money back nearly 2 years after the original sale.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

purchased an airbag kit, arranged collected, did not given complete, promised to send the rest next day, chasing for 4 weeks, given wrong names each time, making excuses, not professional at all, insisted on bank transfer, once transferred then stopped replaying or responding. involved 1stchoice and its since 3 weeks still not received the missing parts.
In short, never ever pay them bank transfer, 2nd you read the review and make decision.
Im glad, i had some of the order picked up other wise, losing 1050£.

I gave Lowercroft Salvage my Audi S3 for a supply and fit job on the engine. Not only was I happy with the price but they collected and dropped my vehicle off and arranged everything. Thank you for a hassle free repair to my car. Will definitely be using these guys again.

Worst buying experience in my life cost me thousands of pounds in their lack of knowledge and lies sending me wrong parts that they don't even own or check, delayed delivery and delayed collection of the part. Messed me about entirely good luck to anyone if you buy from these people they are clueless and will lie to your face, never call you back when they promise to do so and everything else in between!! Be aware!! I have had to edit this review since they have responded trying to make it look like I bought a rear bumper and it was my fault “the part didn’t fit”? It was a gearbox I had purchased! This just backs up my previous point of them lying to make you look wrong in a certain situation. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Said they have a headlight for me. I paid over £900. then they said they will give tracking which they never and then 2 weeks after they said it has returned to them and still not got a tracking and had to take action through PayPal as they did not respond to messages. Stay away from them.

Got my 2013 sprinter van sorted from these guys. Gave me one fixed price and they handeled everything else for me. Had my van collected and supplied and fitted an engine for me. No complaints, great job lads.

DO NOT USE!!! Told me they had send the door I purchased and when I chased it up (was estimated to be next working day delivery) they came up with excuse after excuse and then eventually they gave me a time it was meant to be delivered by. It didn't arrive. I tried to contact them but they wouldn't answer. Went to PayPal and then company didn't even provide PayPal with the tracking details so I highly doubt it was even dispatched. I was lucky enough to get a full refund via PayPal.
