Amazing service! We were picked from A19 and recovered to Normanby after the tyre blew up in our Tesla.
The recovery arrived within 30 mins of raising the request with AA. Very efficient and pleasant guy (sorry we didn’t get your name!).

Brilliant service from Julian at Lowes Recovery. Tried to sort the problem at the road side but unable to, so loaded our car on to his truck. Sorted everything with recovery. Explained all the options. He is a credit to Lowes.

Had a brilliant service today from lowes recovery operator BRIAN what a fantastic bloke very professional at his job and good clear communication 👏 very fast from getting a call to on the truck loaded within litterally 45 mins , long distance also and a very good safe driver .

A five star service from Charlie Lee’s from Lowe’s - after an unavoidable delay in arriving, Charlie very quickly worked out what was wrong and got me back on the road within minutes. I had a long journey ahead, from from near Thirsk to Wirral and was so grateful. Charlie could not have been more polite and friendly - such a brilliant service!

Arrived way quicker than the RAC had suggested (even though it was the middle of the night), diagnosed the problem quickly and gave really reassuring and helpful advice to make sure I got home safely. Then when my tyre pressure light came on immediately afterwards, Jamie (I think) checked them all out and topped up the front ones. Great service when I was really stuck, and made sure I could get back home quickly.

Just had a superb experience of a recovery. Charlie phoned me to let me know exactly when he would be arriving. He arrived in time, immediately identified that I needed recovery and towed my car to the garage of my choice. He was a very polite, helpful man. I highly recommend Lowes Breakdow.n & Recovery.

Lowes came out to us last night....sent by the AA. Great service from Charlos, couldn't fix the problem but agreed to take our motor away and deliver it to the garage at home today. Fast, efficient service. Thank you
