Had to get on here and leave a 5 star review.

First time using a muck away service.

Book online, really easy and was very clear about what could and couldn't be taken.

On the day, got a rough time for when the driver was due.

The guy turned up, what a credit to the company. He took his time and got every last bit, very skilled considering the location we needed collection from.

Can't recommend these guys enough, I will be using your muck away again in the future !

Excellent. they were on time and they rang in advance to make sure we were ready. very smooth service and good quality skips. will definitely use again. had actually booked for one day deliver and next day pick up but they worked it out so we could fill it and pick up on the same day. very good.

I managed to order a skip in short notice, they sent me a text 30 minutes before delivery and dropped the skip off where I requested. No issues. The driver let me know about what I could and couldn't put into the skip and went on his way. I originally booked the skip for a week but the skip was full quickier than I had expected so requested for it to be picked up early through their online chat service. No issues again. 5/5 Great service

Extremely unprofessional company, don't waste your time. We booked and paid four days in advance. We have waited all day for the skip to arrive. Only it hasn't. We have called the call centre twice today.The first-time was at 13:00, they said it would arrive at 15:00. At 16:30 we called back, and were told there are no skips available?! No other option, so we asked for our money back. Now told it would take 3-4 days to get a refund. Absolutely useless time wasters.

I ordered 1 skip, 3 grabs and pumped ready mixed concrete from L&S. I ordered on line but followed up via phone. Everyone i spoke to was helpful, and the grabs all arrived on time dispite one having a hiccup. I guess that is a benifit of choosing a large company. The only thing I'd say wasn't great was I had attached site plans to the order to direct the drives to site but one of them were able to see this or have access to it. The concrete pump lads were great made no mess at all and were able to do all their wash out into the skip on site which I was pleased about

Unclear and confusing website .
Booked skip for builders mixed waste .
On collection they charge me another 100 pounds saying that my waste is general mixed waste !
My waste was mixed builders waste not general waste .
So be careful if you don't want to end up like me with extra charge . Not recommend . My company will never use them again !
