Lorry turned up opposite and didn't think to ask about our car park there so wasn't happy to find bits flicked up back of car. And concrete water flooding under our car...so immediately had to take car to get it valeted straight away at my own cost.it was on the highways not private property. Just think they should be more mindful of peoples property.

We used L&S to deliver and pump concrete for a patio. Well priced, polite and helpful on the phone and punctual in turning up on the day. The guys doing the concrete pumping were great, really helpful and got stuck in to help us along. Made the whole process as stress free as it could be. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again!

Extremely unprofessional company. We booked and paid for a skip four days in advance. We have waited all day for the skip to arrive. Only it hasn't. We have called the call centre twice today. The first time was at 13:00, they said it would arrive at 15:00. At 16:30 we called back, and were told there are no skips available?! No other option, so we asked for our money back. Now told it would take 3-4 days to get a refund. Absolutely useless time wasters.

Order number 45306 A big thank you to Guy and Ben on the concrete pump both where very professional 19m3 of concrete straight in footings all levelled of to my pegs I didn't have to lift a finger great work and a big thank you to concrete lorry drive on his quick turnaround to get back with second load would recomend this company. Switched to L&S this month. Had loads of grab lorries, skips, aggregates and concrete. Everything delivered on time and to the agreed spec. Today they pumped 30m3+ of concrete into a foundation. The job went without any hitch. The pumping team were first rate, extremely polite accommodating and professional, just the sort of people you want to help deliver a high spec job. Tony Willis helped co-ordinate the job. He brings loads of technical experience and he clearly understand what a contractor or site manager needs to help make their life easier. Thanks to Tony and the team.
