Not had a waste collection for 4 weeks, unable to speak to anyone on the phone and nobody is replying to my emails anymore. Would not recommend as they are unable to provide the service that you pay for.

Easy and effortless online order system. I ordered a small 2 yard skip on a Wednesday and it arrived 9am Thursday morning. Really good friendly driver. I would definitely use again. My only critique is you get an email saying what you can't put in it, which for me sofas, empty paint tins and carpets is what a household is most likely to throw away. Other that I would recommend this service. 5 ?

We deal a lot with LSS here at KCM Waste Management and can say the customer service is always amazing, Lynne has never been anything less than extremely helpful and professional and always a pleasure to speak with! :)

Great skips an all that but the place could do with a right good clean up! Great place to take a picture or some video too. Staff are very welcoming and engaging.

Skip arrived on time but wasn’t collected on day I expected. Nobody let me know why until I contacted them. But it was my fault as it’d been overloaded above the sides. Lynne in the office was wonderful however- advised me to get it down to correct level and was then in constant contact with me via email and made sure it was collected the very next day. I was in a panic as was moving house and needed it off my drive! Overall very pleased with the service- especially from Lynne.

Absolutely useless 3 days late and when it came driver didn't have a clue never use again, lost just short of £900 paying wages for nothing. R Pearce Roofing

Very bad service, they didn’t even give me a chance to fill the skip and took it away before I could finish my job . They didn’t even phone to tell me that they were going to move the skip. What a waste of money. I would never use this service again and wouldn’t even recommend it anyone.

I have used LSS twice now. They dropped the skip off and collected it when they said they would. The contact centre staff I spoke to and the driver who dropped off and collected the skip were all very helpful and polite. Based on my experiences, LSS is a good company to deal with, and I would recommend their services.
