Lynmouth holiday retreat was a delightful place to stay. The views from my caravan were superb, I could see right across to the Welsh Coast. The whole site was immaculately kept and all of the staff were friendly and very helpful with local knowledge and tips. I had a very easy check in and out and I was very pleased with my immaculately clean caravan as it was very luxurious with a dishwasher, smart TV and WiFi. The heating was good and came on at night on the one or two occasions that the temperature was cold. I would definitely return again as it was very peaceful and a lovely place to relax but within easy distance of many beautiful places.

We have been to Lynmouth retreat 3 times now and love it! The park is very well kept and the staff are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble! The toilets and showers are exceptionally clean and nice and hot! There are nice walks into Lynton and Lynmouth although a little steep in places! The views from the park are amazing, looking across the sea over to Wales! We are hoping to go back again before it shuts at the beginning of November, we would highly recommend this site!

This is such a lovely campsite! Beautiful views and the best facilities we’ve seen on a campsite. The toilets and showers were consistently clean with lots available to use. Washing up facilities were great and we really appreciated them being inside when it got colder in the evenings. There’s also a dishwasher available! And a freezer for ice blocks. We couldn’t have wanted for any more. ||Unfortunately our trip was cut short by a night, when we had to make a quick exit after our tent collapsed in the strong winds! But this did not dampen our experience of the campsite just a warning to check the weather and avoid an incoming storm! When the weather was good we had lovely views of the sea and sunsets.||We visited lots of the campsite recommended villages/ beaches and quince honey farm which was fab!||We also thoroughly enjoyed being able to order pastries of a morning, lovely touch. Certainly somewhere we will come back and visit.

Liked: Easy access onto site with great views, although I would choose a more sheltered pitch next time as it was very windy! Very clean facilities and very peaceful at night. We loved our stay despite the weather

Disliked: push button showers don't stay on long enough

Lovely maintained site with a very friendly team. I stayed in dog friendly static which was spotless. |I only had 3 nights and managed to pack a lot in! |Walks into both villages well signposted, definitely need a decent level of fitness and good footwear. |Wish I had booked for longer.

Liked: The site is in a beautiful location. It is split into small areas so feels intimate. The staff are welcoming and very friendly. The shop is well stocked and you can order delicious croissants for collection each morning which are cooked to order. The dog field is secure and offers a large area for your dog let off steam too. The toilet / shower block are kept very clean and are in good condition. I always stay in bay view for the beautiful coastal view. This is my second visit. Bay view has been terraced this year allowing camper vans / tents to use the field for longer. The visiting Exe valley pizza van on a Monday evening make divine pizzas ♥️ There are several walks direct from site. Woolacombe beach is a 40 minute drive, Combe Martin 25 mins and exmoor is almost on the doorstep. A beautiful part of the country to explore.

Disliked: Nothing.
