Having bought a MG zs back in July there was a problem with the satnav, but it was not a problem for m and m they drove over 50 miles to pick the car up and leave us with a courtesy vehicle, and within a couple of days it was returned all good. You think it couldn't get any better but it did ! One of the LED cluster on the boot went faulty not there fault so I asked if I could buy a second hand cluster and was told no problem we will send you one for free it came within 2 days. What can I say! Only thank you very much you will be my first contact when buying another car.

⛔️⛔️⛔️ AVOID THIS PALCE
I messaged them on ebay , I asked if the Honda Civic headlight comes with the bracket ? They said yes it comes complete, I called them for the address and offered them a price , they accepted it, but when I arrrived, they said no, we charge you axtra £20 for the bracket , I showed them the ebay messages , they still said no we don't care .
By the way I travelled from another city to theirs.
What a shame 🫠

Bad experience with this company, the owner wont give you the time of day
Looking at the previous reviews I think there giving people the wrong parts on purpose and when you try to go back refusing refunds in order make money! AVOID

Bought a wing mirror for my car, stated it was for a 2007. When I received the item. ( in all fairness was quick) wasn't compatible with my car, I spoke to someone from the company explaining this, was told to return it with a note inside box, which I did.. Then I had wait for my refund. I asked for the refund. Sent all the proof of sending signature, etc. Then still was waiting. In the end I had to put a dispute in. To get my refund.. back. They only reason I got it from here was it said returns.

Poor service, brought off eBay, and paid for it to be shipped a certain way, they did not ship it this way (because I was apparently too far away) but at the end of the day that's not my issue, the item arrived damaged, and subsequently needed a full respray (and filling the deep gauges in the paintwork) when I contacted them for a partial refund (I was very reasonable seeing the item arrived a week late, damaged and not by the mothod of transport I paid for) they refused. Very poor service, ideally do not use. Brought parts from other provides previously that have arrived damaged, they were apologetic and always offer a refund or replacement part-how it should be done.
