A driver was blocking a single carriageway road this morning.
When I spoke to the customer service point of contact I was extremely disappointed.
A very rude and aggressive man suggested I couldn’t read, that perhaps I’d seen a tractor and generally made it clear I was an idiot. He even phoned back to reiterate the point; much to the amusement of the people I share an office with!
I’d only suggested that if a driver spoke to other road users to apologise for blocking the road it would be better customer service…

This company is shockingly disorganised and completely inflexible. There is no effort made to work with longstanding customers. They would rather lose the business for the sake of less than £7! It’s the only business I know that thinks it can charge customers for not doing any work. Wish we could run ours like that! We have been with them for years and the entire time we’ve had issues with them claiming for more bins being emptied than actually were and they continually charge us to empty our bins during the Christmas holidays when we are closed every year at that time. Definitely would not recommend.
