If zero was an option that's the score I'd be giving. They took my car on Friday its now Wednesday and I've not received payment. I was promised payment today and it has still not been received. This was organised by remove my car who supposedly gaurentee payment 🤣🤣🤣 that's a joke aswell. I'd recommend both companies are avoided at all costs

Very poor service. This company have taken a car and not paid for it over a week later when promised payment within 24 hours. After repeated calls I am no closer to receiving payment. I am now going through citizens advice. Do not allow these thieves to take your car
