Terrible Customer Service. Skip had rusted and had holes in base. Had to cover base to prevent skip contents falling out. Skip arrived late. Had been told would arrive by 9.00am, finally arrived at 11am. Phoned to let skip company know had finished with the skip. Had to phone on a daily basis as kept being promised it would be collected today/tomorrow. This continued for a week. Finally came after I told them I would be reviewing their Company and gave them a time to collect prior to me writing a review. Also noticed Company offered OAP discounts, none offered. Told if don't ask don't get.

Their business is good and professional. Very nice people to deal with and the skips are nice. Their timing of delivering the skip at your door is punctual. When you phone them they are helpful. Great!

Having dealt with this company for over 10 years, they have now decided that such loyalty which has helped their success is not worthy of any merit.
Instead they advertise a lower price before they do business then up that price when one is committed. Their answer to a customer of 10 years is that if you don't like it go away.
God help any new customers if they take this stance with long standing ones. Such attitudes along with rising costs are possibly a great contribution towards the ever increasing fly tipping. I would never use them again, but whilst my business is minor to them I feel sure that all the recommendations I have given over the years will surely now have an affect in the absence of such as I would never recommend them to anyone after this, "don't care we are rich enough without you attitude."

Booked it an asked for a phone call when was being delivered and that never happened. Turned up today to start working again to find the skip been collected.... No warning they coming. On ringing to sort it the man was very rude and JST said I've been paid not out problem absolutely awfull company. The skip was put the wrong way round so we couldn't use the door on the skip. Was put in the wrong place so and to walk further to the skip as again nobody called us to say we're do u want it. AVOID THI

Removed skip without warning there coming to take it and I only had it half filled, there suggestion was to get a smaller skip from them and pay for it, I have a building company and never had this in 20 years of buiness but these guys don't care about buisness to buisness relationships.
