Visited here yesterday with my friend (I live at the other side of Sheffield so unusually use Shirecliffe Recycling Centre). The staff were so so helpful, we unloaded the car first and staff voluntarily came over to offer help and physically took the waste out of our hands to take to the containers. The difference between this centre and my usual one is incredible, they made it so easy.

Over the past few months, I've had to use the site on a few occasions. The staff are professional, approachable, and above all, kind, Considerate and extremely helpful. All the crew are great, but one stands out to me. I have mobility issues and emptying my car is a challenge. On a number of occasions, Joe has volunteered to assist me, and I'd like to thank him very much for all his help. Customer service isn't just Important at Harrods, it's important in every walk of life. Joe obviously cares and it shows.

I went to this facility as my local Worksop facility was full for acceptance of Hard-core and Plasterboard. This facility is first class and cleanest I have ever seen in my life, plenty of pride shines around the place. One noticeable thing I did see, every member helped all customer's with their materials to dispose of.......something that Worksop facility can definitely learn from. I can only say its a pleasure to visit for the first time at this recycling facility and would definitely return. Thank you.
