Have used Mainline on 2 occasions now, for a large skip and for mini skip hire. Kellie and Charlotte made the booking process easy, sorting out any street permits I needed. The driver was great, no hassle with the drop-off or the collection. Will be using again and highly recommend to anyone looking for skip hire or grab hire.

I have used Mainline on 3 occasions now for small skips over the past 8 weeks and you would struggle to find better. Very helpful when ordering and due to lack of space, i asked on one occasion if they could wait whilst i loaded and then take away. Not only did they wait, but the driver helped with the loading of the skip, which i was extremely grateful for. All of the drivers i have dealt with have been friendly and helpful, like wise the staff on the telephone and Whats App. Definitely will be using again.

Ordered three skips (via a roofing contractor) from Mainline. Good service regarding the first two, but the delivery of the third cracked a paving slab on my front garden path (cracked by the stabilising leg of the skip lorry, despite the firm being told to avoid the path and there being ample room for the skip on my drive). Driver (a nice guy) most apologetic and suggested I inform his office. I did so via email with an accompanying photo of the damage. No response from the office, so I phoned them a couple of days later. The boss (Charlotte?) said the damage was just part and parcel of taking delivery of a skip (!) but would arrange for a contractor to liaise with me regarding a repair. No one has been in touch since, and the boss has not returned my several phone messages to discuss. I am disappointed with how my experience with Mainline turned out. Accidents happen (and I am certainly not a serial complainer), but there seems to be a lack of customer service from Mainline when things don't go quite right. In short, I would caution others from using this firm as there are many other skip companies out there.

Update 31/8/24: I note Mainline has responded to my review - see below.
Mainline's contractor contacted me AFTER I posted my Google review, which was over a month after the damage to the slab. There was no contact from Mainline during that time - no update or response to phone messages. Therefore it is little wonder that I decided to arrange repairs myself. I wonder if the review finally bestirred the company into action. I am baffled by the boss's attitude; hypothetically, how does it benefit me to use repair people that might charge a high price? I stand by the accuracy of my review, and would not use Mainline again.

AMAZING excellent service AND best price!!.
Have had 2 8yd skips this year. Definitely a service that's easy to sort, pay and get delivered.
I don't do hassle, my life is too short for grief. I like an easy life.

The best and efficient skip hire company!! I’ve had so many skips from mainline now and I wouldn’t go to anyone else, always willing to help even at short notice! Fairly priced, Friendly drivers and owners. I’d like to say I won’t need another skip in the near future but I’d be lieing! Keep up the good work mainline team! X

I've used Mainline twice -- in 2021 and 2023. Both times they delivered early, with the driver placing the skip on timber I had laid to protect the drive. Ladies on the phone polite and friendly, giving the impression of a professional firm. Would recommend, especially as their prices were competitive to other local companies.
