I have needed my car towing twice this year already. I go with Green Flag and both times they’ve sent this Manchetts recovery out. This company is absolutely amazing, they get to you so quickly. Tonight their tower reached me within 20 minutes of calling. Both of their workers have been such kind and lovely people, they have been able to make me laugh about the situation and nothing has been too much trouble. I have felt so safe and at ease using this company. I can’t recommend them enough!

Turbo let go on my Range Rover joining the A14. Once I'd calmed down, rang these guys, believe it was Michael on the dispatch and Jason in the truck. Came out in good time and sorted me out for a very reasonable fee. Top service, top people, and they made my rubbish evening a little bit better. Cracking job

PATHETIC!! DO BETTER
Waited 5 hours with continuously increasing ETA. Called office and was told they would call when driver is on their way but no one did until I called and was told that driver was just parked at the lay-by before since my vehicle was behind a truck so we needed to push the car back to allow room for recovery vehicle. Bearing in mind the lay-by could fit 15 cars and the driver could have just parked behind and told us to move rather than sit put and be quiet. Finally when we made space it took driver 15 minutes to arrive.
Office then said the driver can only take us to a safe space but we would need to wait 45 minutes to allow driver to take his break and then he could take us home. On arrival the driver was standoffish and surely drove us 5 minutes to the nearest BP and simple said please exit the vehicle on your left. When asked what would happen he said he would let AA know that he has dropped us off and they would arrange a separate service to look at the car so we were free to book a taxi at home which we did.
20 minutes later surprisingly driver called and said he would have the car at our house in 45 minutes. The car has only arrived now, an hour 30 later. The second driver was very kind, respectful and empathetic I should note.
However Surely the poor communication and service is a complete shocker!!! You are treated like it’s a favour. DO BETTER MANCHETTTS

These guys were supposed to pick up my vehicle today and drop it off this evening. They were extremely late picking it up and they never delivered my car. After waiting around for hours they didn’t even have the audacity to call me to say my car won’t be delivered. Instead without my consent they have taken my car to storage and they won’t give me a new delivery time.

Was charged £600 for my car to be collected from an AA truck and stored in Manchetts yard (20min drive away) for 4.5 days. This fee is on top of AAs recovery fee. Wouldn't use again, extortionate fees.
