The new road into the tip is a major flop causing unnecessary queuing. The bin wagons use the same newly built single track road into the tip meaning the cars are all blocked by the wagons waiting to unload. Today there was a queue almost down to the ring road whilst the bays to empty your cars were almost empty. Staff were standing round twiddling their thumbs.

The staff here are so helpful and friendly. They always have time for me whenever I have a question about where to put something.

The new single road to the sort it centre has been somewhat problematic. I’ve sat and queued as others have but the last time the bin lorries tried to stay to the right to let the cars come down on the left side. But it was very tight to get round in our car. I do think the road could benefit from being enlarged slightly and having a dedicated lane for the bin lorries one for cars and vans heading over to sort their waste. It would make a big difference as once your committed you can’t leave that lane which is a nightmare.

But I can’t fault the centre or its staff. 😁

Been multiple times, either had a short quick flowing queue or no queue whatsoever. Friendly helpful staff and never had any issues. Guessing the negative comments are from people who don't seem to understand how to register a vehicle or people who can't act nice to another human in the first place.

So handy having this nearby. Staff are good if you do the right thing. Always good to ask them before chucking it over the edge if unsure.

Well signposted and laid out. Even when there is a wait it always disperses quickly. The Team of people who work here are always friendly and helpful.

Shockingly terrible. You occasionally get the odd jobsworth staff trying to make things difficult, even though you're legit. They ask for ID to get rid of any rubbish, they swarm you if you have too much rubbish, never help you, and frankly are just rude. Then they wonder why people fly tip. And the biggest guy there, he's the most disgusting person of all. Extremely rude and arrogant for no particular reason.
