I am a local resident with a hidden disability and this morning phoned March recycling centre for some advice about some paint pots that have been hanging around for quite some time.

The customer service on the telephone was excellent. The advice given detailed and informative. On arriving at the recycling centre, I asked for help and was met with an incredibly friendly employee who epitomised excellent customer service. Whether part of his personality or something he has learned his approach friendly, helpful and polite which made the visit fast efficient and pain-free for me. Highly rated

We are moving house and undertaking the usual clear out so have had numerous trips to March Recycling Centre. I cannot praise the guys there enough. They are all very friendly, extremely helpful and are always smiling. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Not only do they wave you in but they also wave cheerio to you when you leave. Excellent service and well done to you all.

Went to take 2 large screen tvs and packaging. Was pretty easy and hassle free. Friendly staff too who directed us in right direction when putting the assorted items in skips etc.
