I found Matt to be very kind, courteous and helpful. He and his colleague were extremely efficient and cleared my garage, sheds and some unwanted furniture quickly and without any issues. Matt has been an absolute star. He took on the clearance of a probate property over 4 floors with a basement full of crap. He came on the day I contacted him, did the appraisal and gave me the quote. Very reasonable. As I couldn't be there he liaised with the estate agent and sent a video of the completed works. Had issues with the house buyers wanting items left which affected the original quote. Matt was brilliant, patient and thorough. Highly recommend.
