Since moving to Shropshire 30 years ago, we have used Mayglothling for our septic tank emptying. Their communications have always been excellent. The phone is always answered straight away. We have had major problems with our drainage in the past, and they have always sorted it out very professionally and quickly.
Their tanker drivers are friendly and courteous, as are the engineers we have had. I would recommend them if you want a reliable, firm.

We had a blockage which needed urgent attention. A Mayglothling lorry turned up very quickly and the engineer spent ages doing everything he could to cure the problem and save us some money. Unfortunately we still needed the jet cleaner, but we appreciated the attempts made by the very friendly and helpful engineer. I would highly recommend this company.

Our septic tank pump stopped working, placed an emergency call and a lovely chap named Karl turned up, armed with a new pump, which he fitted in no time and checked everything was working correctly. Very professional and knowledgeable when responding to my many questions. Thank you for a job well done.

Paid for a septic tank empty on 14th September - was given a 2 week date range of when driver would come. 3 weeks later I hadnt heard anything, so upon calling I am told driver availability was short and we would need to wait another week. I would certainly consider going elsewhere for this service. The price has shot up from the last time I used them - shame the service hasnt improved to match.
