DRIVERS DONT RECONISE A RED LIGHT .YESTERDAY AT 11.20 am ONE IN LITTLEHAMPTON WENT FLYING THROUGH A RED LIGHT AS WE WERE PULLING OUT OF OUR ROAD ,HES LUCKY WE HAVE GOOD BREAKS ON OUR CAR !!!!

The driver of OY19 GGP is reckless! I was driving home from work approaching a roundabout and as he went past me in the left lane, he was over on my side forcing me to swerve otherwise he would have hit me! I’m now on the other side of the road (approaching a roundabout) with an oncoming car! He then is using both lanes in the roundabout and would have cut me off again but with my forward thinking I stayed back. He would have caused a 3 vehicle accident. I had no apology and I’m led to believe that he was on his phone!

I have recently had to have a sharpes box collected by this firm . The first time, they gave me a collection date 10 days in advance and then didn't turn up to collect it. Last week I arranged for a collation for Wednesday this week 25.9.24 and again no one turned up to collect it. Worse than this when I phoned to inform them they insisted that the driver had collected it and put a new one in its place, this was despite me checking the box again whilst on the phone and shaking it so she could hear it down the phone. I was then asked if I could do their job for them and bring it to their premises when I declined I was given another date a week further on the following Wednesday before they could collect it now. You have to snap the lid sealed before putting it out for collection so I am now left with hazardous sharpes hanging around for a week without anywhere to put them,disgusting service, they should be ashamed of themselves.

Rang them this morning and spoke to Cheryl. She was very pleasant and efficient. It is the first person I have dealt with with respect to My Dads care that has been able to deal with my inquiry quickly, efficiently and with no fuss and on a single phone call - a refreshing change. Thank you so much for a fast and efficient service !

Cheryl has been extremely helpful to say the least! She is very prompt with her responses and always extremely polite. No question is too much! Roger is also brilliant he was extremely polite also and both him and Cheryl have helped me a lot in getting everything I need to into place. Would highly recommend due to these two members of staff!

Constant cancellation of collection most times without any notice at all. My waste was supposed to be collected Thursday. I received an email stating it would now be collected Friday and please leave out. Friday afternoon I rang to be told collection was not possible due to time and it would be Saturday. It is now Sunday morning clinical waste and human waste been left outside on a public footpath since Thursday morning. I have had to rebag twice due to animals (hopefully animals) and still nothing. This is a complete joke of a company. And this is not an isolated incident.

I have contacted Medisort after experiencing a lot of issues with my current disposable waste supplier. Cheryl promptly replied to all my emails with all the information required with professionalism which made very easy for me to make the transition to Medisort. I totally recommend Medisort for their customer service and value for money. Thanks Cheryl.
