Awful service.
Called at 0930 to check stock for a part, told me no problem it’s in stock, no need to reserve or pay beforehand.
1230 on way to collect the part, non in stock been sold to someone else.

Needed a handbrake lever urgently and the main dealer said no stock and the part was on back order. Gave these guys a call and was impressed with the service received, went to collect the part from them within an hour of ordering it. Friendly service and a good price for the part. Thank you.

I accepted scrap quote using their website (which just asked for reg and postcode), then staff member called asking for photos and further info on condition to confirm the price. I told her the website clearly states "Scrap quotes are based on weight and not condition & our quotes are guaranteed" and she still tried to say she needed info on condition etc before agreeing on price. Only agreed to honour the price when a supervisor stepped in, after hearing my objections. Manager called me today to still defend their stance. He said they try to make their process easy, by not asking loads of questions before giving price. I had to point out that they DO ask loads of questions/photos, but unlike other companies, who ask before giving price, they do it AFTER offering you the 'guarenteed' quote!

Needed a vauxhall astra wing mirror, saw megavaux on ebay, was looking for a wing mirror for weeks, after trying scrapyards, local garages and local car parts shops none of them had the mirror i needed, the wing mirror was a great deal as other places were asking for more, more than triple the price, rang megavaux and they assured me that the part is right and i placed the order on wednesday and the part came in 48 hours on the friday, the part was in great condition, almost new, highly recommend these as i have the wing mirror now fixed and feels and looks great. Great service and really do put your mind at rest. Will be ordering again when needing a part. Thanks megavaux.
