I had borrowed my husbands car put the drivers side window fully down while reversing into a tight spot. The electric window would not close and we were due to drive home to Sheffield.
I called in the garage at 8.45 explained to the mechanic who called Shannon the young lady mechanic.
Shannon said the motor sometimes stick
gave the inside of the door a couple of thumps and the window then fully closed!
So good she took the time out of her busy day to help me and at no cost.
What a lovely helpful & professional young lady.
This garage has excellent reviews for a reason.

My number plate fell off whilst on holiday and while looking for some sticky pads a lovely lady in Dixons told me to come here and see Michael. We make shift stuck my numberplate back on and went back the next morning snd he screwed it on for me. Wonderful service and Michael was so friendly! THANK YOU!!

Called in Tuesday 8th April cos my tyre pressure warning light was on even after I had put air in tyres. The young lady mechanic went out of her way to sort out tyre pressure and reset the warning light. Very helpful and polite. If I lived locally I would definitely use this garage.

Our engine was overheating as we began the long drive home from Filey. We were able to get our car straight in on Monday morning and the problem was diagnosed quickly (hole in the radiator). A new one was ordered and we would've been on the road again the next day if the wrong radiator wasn't delivered to the workshop. As it goes the right part was delivered Wednesday morning and we were back on the road Wednesday lunchtime. Can't thank Michael, Shannon and Bob enough for their friendly and professional service. Communication was great all the way through the process and the price of repairs was fair. They went above and beyond to get us home safely. Highly recommended.

They replaced a shock for me on an old jaguar, I was told they'd call me when they've finished, which they didn't.
I called them 10 minutes before closing hours and they told me it's ready to collect...
I thanked the lady there, shes super friendly, I then found the mechanic on the shop floor and thanked him, and he just blanked me, so I left..

I then contacted a few months later about a Land Rover I had, which I wanted inspecting, and I was told they'd call back, 5 months later, they still haven't called me back.
I did the service myself and it was all fine thankfully, and I sold it.

I think I was unlucky with them, because I was recommended them from someone who's used them for years, so I will try them again in the future.

So very friendly and helpful, my wheel bearing went on my van , I was 260 miles away from home, and a bit stressed about it, but they sorted it out so very quickly for me , the service was excellent, only wish I lived nearby, I would change my local garage 10/10

Coming down from holiday, wheel bearing had gone Got my car in the next day and sorted the same day. Also advised back box on exhaust on way out. They have ordered one, so might as well get it done before going home. Brilliant service.
