Fantastic company to deal with. They came out on a Sunday morning and got us going again. They were very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone.

Was not made aware of the full cost of tow truck.
On the phone I was told £40 call out fee + £85 an hour. I wasn’t made aware that the time started from that call to when the truck was returned to the depot, also not made aware of VAT costs.

Given I was paying for the time the driver was driving to/from my vehicle, it is appalling to also be charged a call out fee.

The person on the phone was rude when my partner disputed the charges and asked for a breakdown of costs.

Would not recommend.

So impressed with first visit here to get our van serviced. Really efficient and quick.
Was offered lots of help as didn’t know where and what I should be doing!
